Ashley Building Delivery & Tank Set 10/16/10

 It has been a few days since I have posted anything.  In that time, the cement has been finished inside the building.  There are   Lots of Pictures below.
First load of the building was delivered this morning.  That is quite a milestone.
Tank Pads in the building.  Poured in the background, formed in the foreground.
 The Crane operators were very good, making the tank set go quite smootly.

That is a guy riding the ball. He is harnessed but rides up and down to connect lines.

 Last of the cement pouring.
 Lines are now striped for the employee parking area.

 Digging of swale ditch for site containment and drainage.
 Cleaning up the old containment so that it can be disassembeled.

Ashley 11/2/10

Things are going quite well up at Ashley.  We are expecting all of the cement to be poured in the building this week.  That will get us in good shape to have the building going up by the end of the month.  We also expect the meter to be operational for rail and truck loading this week.  Look for more tank setting next week.
 Cement Finished north of containment. 
 All Cement Adjacent to west side of building complete.  Load pad installed.
 Bollards to protect gas, electric, & tower.
 Prepping for west side drives
Plumbing & Electrtical rough in complete and inspected.  Insulation going down for floor heat.  Pex tubing for floor heat will be installed today.
